    The rent of $1700 for 2 bedrooms apartment at this place is not worth at all. The music and stepping noise from upstairs neighbor is not blocked at all. This apartment seems to be constructed of paper-thin walls. I can hear where upstairs neighbor is moving inside home. Outdoor fans are very noisy. The staff pretended to hear nothing for noise complaint while saying that it's normal noise level. This apartment requires 6 month pre-notice and 2-month rent for moving out due to any unpleasant living experiences. The heating/cooling system fans, bath fans are very noisy and it seems cheap ones were used. Mandatory package of internet and cable that cost $100 is non-sense. I rarely watch cable TV and felt waste of money. Moreover, safety is not good. The policeman knocked my door at 1am to ask about robbery at 6pm in downstairs neighbor, a few weeks after I had moved in. There was an incidence that the parking gate was broken in. I would never suggest this apartment. Only virtue is fast management service.
