  The most unprofessional and unethical brokerage firm I've dealt with. We couldn't get the house of our dreams because the agent refused to respond to us. Her response - "I thought I responded to you". Other excuses provided were, I got a call from an unknown number - even though we emailed her and left 2 voice mails with our callback number.
  
  The only time she responded was when the property was off the market. I suspect it was sold to an acquaintance or an internal deal was made.
