  I've been a local to the Chantilly/Fairfax area for 15 years. After my favorite Chinese food restaurant closed a few years ago, my family and I spent time searching for our new "go-to" place. We found our local favorite in Hunan Cafe. The food is higher quality than your typical fried Chinese food. The family that runs it is extremely friendly! I recommend the General Tsaos Chicken or Mongolian Beef. Very flavorful. Also, the dumplings, crab rangoon, and lo mein are top notch. My new favorite!
