  This is my favorite Starbucks and it’s BECAUSE OF THE STAFF. They are wonderful, kind and patient, especially with some of the idiots they have to deal with. Because they are right smack in the center of the mall and just outside the Apple store, they get barraged with walk ups asking for free water. Those people need to remember that the PAYING customers come first.
  If you use the mobile app, the transaction is perfect and easy.
  If you see a jerk customer giving one of the wmployees a hard time, please speak up on their behalf.
