  They showed up at the time they had promised and gave us the 30 min. courtesy call upfront. I never saw the mentioned video material as mentioned on their site but I wasn’t worried they would try to scam us as we could see Danielle was courteous, honest and very diligent in his job every step of the way. It was supposed to take 2-3 hours but ended up taking 8 hours. They obviously underestimated the job but they didn’t complain and took their time to finish it into detail. His supervisor Alex even came by to help at some point. The estimate ended up being a little bit higher than agreed on but very reasonable and justified considering they ended up spending up a whole day on the job. Would highly recommend them.
